blog, blog, bloggggggg. Alright, here I am blogging as was requested. We are at the in-laws place below the mason-dixon line. The plan today is to have lunch with jon's oldest friend. (not in age, in year's known).

It's been a holiday full of such meetings. I had lunch monday with five girlfriends I've known forever. One has been married for about 5 years and has two kids. Another has been married for six years and has 4 kids. Another is unmarried, living at home, and saving for a house with her boyfriend of live 7 seven years. Another will be married soon. And the final just got married. A bunch of women with long term relationships who like to talk to each other about life and like to laugh. We've never been the kind to talk about men or menstral cycles. None of us call as much as we should and none of us email as much as we would like, but when we get together it's like no time has passed. I'm glad to get to know my friends as they are now, as mothers, as wives, as teachers, and as adults.
